Return and Exchange Policies

At DulhanHaveli , we prioritize customer satisfaction. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at dulhanhaveli@gmail.com with your order number, product name, original proof of purchase receipt, and a detailed description of the issue. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us at +92 316 6694689  from Monday to Saturday between 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (Pakistan Standard Time).

Return Procedure

Returns are only entertained if reported within 48 hours of delivery, with original proof of purchase receipt. To return an item:

- Gather the items and take a picture as proof
- Locate your receipt with the original order number
- Initiate a return request on our website with your order details and reason for return
- Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if it's eligible for return
- Reship the item back to us via courier service

Return Eligibility Criteria

Returns are accepted if the item arrived defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete.

Return Non-Eligibility Criteria

Returns are not accepted if the item is no longer needed, you've changed your mind, or there's no technical reason for the return.

Exchange Procedure

At DulhanHaveli , we offer conditional exchanges for quality issues reported within 48 hours of delivery. To exchange an item:

- Share the link to the desired exchange outfit
- Confirm your exchange with size guidelines or customizations

Exchange Non-Eligibility Criteria :

Exchanges are not accepted for items ordered on sale or those that have been washed, dried, damaged, or stained.

Please note that DulhanHaveli is not responsible for bleeding, damage to prints, or fading of colors due to washing and ironing.
